Polyurethane on Aluminum (AX)

Polyurethane on aluminum casters feature a non-marking polyurethane tread and an aluminum core that are attached by both a mechanical and chemical bond. These casters feature a maroon tread that is resistant to most chemicals and solvents and are more lightweight than other polyurethane on metal wheels with heavier cores.

Polyurethane on aluminum caster wheels are most commonly found in hospitals, wash-down environments, and bakeries. Polyurethane on aluminum casters are extremely durable as long as the tread is not over-loaded or used in any high impact shock applications.
