In the past 10 years Presto lifts has evolved into a global leader in materials handling solutions by focusing on three core principles: Product Quality, Product Availability and Product Innovation. For over 70 years, Presto Lifts, Inc. has been creating precision hydraulic equipment that improves safety and productivity. In 1977, Presto Lifts began producing a full line of manually propelled lifts and stackers under the brand name of Presto. 1990 saw the introduction of the scissor lift table for in-plant applications. Presto Lifts offers more than 500 different models of lifts, tables and tilters which is more than any other company in the world. To highlight Presto’s three main areas of focus I would like to start with Product Quality.
Product Quality: Presto has challenged and improved its manufacturing processes and teams allowing them to produce products of the highest quality.
Product Availability: When Presto implemented its Always In Stock (AIS) program ten years ago, they were proud to list 10 models available for quick shipment. Over time they have recognized the importance of providing customers with a greater variety of products. Their expansion has been incredible and today they list over 40 products as Always in Stock. This is an offering which is critical in today’s fast based environment!
Product Innovation: Presto’s customers asked for more product offerings so they responded… BIG TIME. In 2006 Presto introduced PowerStak, their first fully powered stacker. Today the PowerStak line consists of eight models. They’ve grown in other areas too. From their traditional Stackers, to Scissor Lifts, to Pallet Positioners to Tilters, Presto has added models to every line they sell. Presto also works closely with distributors and end users to custom configure and even modify equipment to create tailor-made solutions for specific application requirements.
As a distributor for Presto Lifts, our sales teams work very closely with Presto and receive quality training allowing them to provide expertise to our customers in the field for their custom lift needs.
